The issues of cooperation in management personnel training with a focus on Asian markets were discussed at the meeting with Professor Wei Shyy, the Executive Vice President and Provost of HKUST. The parties noted that, despite the most favourable political conditions for cooperation between Russia and the countries of Asia, both the Russian companies and their Asian partners still have a shortage of qualified managers who understand the specifics of this kind of cooperation.
