The event was organized by Forum for the Future in collaboration with Sustainable Business Center of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and British Embassy in Moscow and gathered more than 40 professionals in the field of sustainability who had a chance to get insights from the panel discussion and participate at the workshop session. The event was dedicated to the questions on how in the world where challenges getting more complex and interconnected we can move swiftly towards a sustainable future, how we can discern what needs to change at a systemic level, how we might lead and implement that change and what the real chases demonstrating systemic approach to the complex problems in sustainability and related fields are.
Expert panel were represented by high profile speakers such as Martin Harris OBE - Minister and Deputy Head of Mission British Embassy Moscow, Tony Lloyd - interim Mayor of Greater Manchester, Stephanie Draper - Deputy Chief Executive of Forum for the Future, Sir David King - Foreign Secretary’s Special Representative for Climate Change, UK Government, Alexey Kalinin - Director of Institute for Emerging Market Studies in Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
During the event organizers announced candidates who participated at the scholarship competition for the programme in sustainability in School of System Change in London who successfully passed the first round and were short-listed for interviews. The winners will be announced on 10th of December.
